Mentoring and Mentoring Options

Mentoring is a learning relationship wherein mentors act as ‘interpreters of the environment’ and as such are people who help their protégés understand the contexts in which they find themselves.

Mentoring options on offer take two forms:

  • mentoring for understanding, working with and intervening in the complex cultural, racial and ethnic organisational, institutional and social terrain of multicultural societies like Britain with a view to effecting positive transformational change
  •  Individual mentoring facilitating the unique self-expression (USE) of the protégé
